By purchasing from our Website, you agree to this policy.

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 7 calendar days if:

• The product received is incorrect, OR
• The product is incompatible with your vehicle, OR
• The product is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours).

After 7 days from delivery, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging, labels, and accessories
• Be accompanied by the original invoice
• Not show signs of installation, wear, grease marks, scratches, or tampering

Products that are used, installed, altered, or missing packaging will be rejected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed
• Electrical or electronic components once opened or used
• Clearance or special-order items
• Items damaged due to improper installation
• Products returned after the 7-day period

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your Order Number, clear images of the product, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
• Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
• Rudra Enterprice is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the returned product:

• The item will undergo quality inspection.
• If approved, refund will be processed.
• If rejected, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

All inspection decisions made by Rudra Enterprice shall be final.

7. Refund Policy

• Refund will be issued for the product value only.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–14 business days depending on banking and RBI guidelines.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled before dispatch – Full refund applicable.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch – Must follow the return process.

Rudra Enterprice reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rudra Enterprice shall not be responsible for:

• Damage caused due to improper installation
• Mechanical or electrical failure after installation
• Incorrect part selection by the customer

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.
