At Rudra Enterprice, we aim to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience for our customers across India.

1. Order Processing

We endeavour to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours of order acceptance, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of checkout.

2. Delivery & Confirmation

• All orders are insured during transit until delivered.
• A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the product.
• Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient.
• If the recipient is different from the purchaser (e.g., gift orders), the recipient’s acknowledgment shall be treated as proof of successful delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

All domestic orders within India are delivered free of charge, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Additional Charges

• There are no hidden charges.
• The final payable amount is clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner serviceability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We provide shipping across PAN India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in selected locations

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (except COD orders).
• Payment delays may result in order cancellation or delivery delays.
